Terms of Service
Last updated 15 October 2026
- You must be 18 or older. Keep your account to yourself.
- Use Fevle lawfully, and don't use it to harm anyone or to abuse the service.
- What you send and what Fevle answers is yours. Check answers before relying on them: they can be wrong.
- The Fevle app counts how often you use each of its buttons and sends us those numbers — never what you select, type, copy or snip.
- Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel, which you can do at any time. Paddle handles the payment.
1. Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and [LEGAL_NAME is not set] ("we", "us"), and cover the Fevle app, the Fevle service it connects to, and this website (together, "Fevle"). By making an account or using Fevle, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. What Fevle is
Fevle is a panel that opens at your mouse pointer and acts on text you select or parts of the screen you capture. Some features run entirely on your computer. Others — Ask AI, Translate, reading aloud, sentence checks and questions about a snip — send what you asked about to our service for an answer, and count toward your plan's monthly usage.
While you are signed in, the Fevle app counts how many times a day you use each of its buttons, the choices on its cards, its snip editor and your shortcuts, and sends us those counts with your account, so we can learn which features people use and improve them. The counts are names from a fixed list and numbers: they never include what you selected, typed, copied or snipped. Counting is part of using Fevle with an account, so there is no setting that turns it off; it stops when you sign out of the app. The Privacy Policy says what is kept, and for how long.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to make an account or use the online features.
- Give a real email address you control, and confirm it: approving a computer and buying a plan wait until you do. One account is for one person; don't share it.
- Keep your password safe. Fevle never asks for your password inside the app — only on this website, in your own browser.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, change your password and sign out everywhere from your account page, and tell us. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in there.
- To protect accounts, signing in may be paused after several wrong passwords, and we may ask you to choose a new password or to confirm it is you before an important change.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Fevle to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy;
- create or spread content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence or terrorism, harasses or threatens people, or deceives people in harmful ways (such as fraud, phishing or impersonation);
- make malware, or attack, probe or overload any system, including ours;
- get around the usage limits, the other limits or the security of the service, use it through automated means other than the Fevle app, or resell access to it;
- reverse-engineer the service to extract its instructions, models or data, except where the law allows it;
- make decisions that significantly affect people — about their health, legal status, credit, employment or housing — on the strength of an answer without proper human review.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and tell you why. Where an account appears to be compromised, or to be harming other people or the service, we may suspend it at once while we look into it, and tell you why when we can. If you think we got it wrong, write to us through support.
5. Your content, and answers
You keep all rights to what you send to Fevle ("input"), and, as between you and us, what Fevle produces for you ("output") is yours. You give us permission to process your input only as needed to produce the output and run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't use your content to train AI models.
You are responsible for having the right to send your input — for example, the right to share a screenshot of someone else's content.
Answers can be wrong. Output is produced by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and similar output may be given to others. Check it before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial or safety matters, where it is not professional advice.
6. Other services
Share, New Tab, Window and search by image open services run by others — WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail, Outlook, iCloud Mail and search engines. Your use of them is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Plans and payments
- Free includes a small amount of monthly usage, which comes back on the 1st of each month.
- Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, at the price on the pricing page when you subscribe, plus any applicable sales tax or VAT, shown before you pay. They renew automatically each month on the day you subscribed until you cancel.
- Upgrading takes effect at once: you are charged the difference for the rest of the current period, and your monthly usage grows by what that payment buys. Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Cancelling is done from your account at any time, with no fee. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. There are no partial refunds for an unused part of a period, except as the refund policy says.
- If a payment fails, your plan stays while the payment is retried, but your usage is held to Free's until it succeeds.
- Usage is for the period it was given for. What is unused does not carry over, and it has no cash value.
- We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does.
- Offers — a discount code, or a price shown for a limited time — apply only as described where they are offered, to starting a paid plan, for the payments they name, and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash. We may end an offer at any time; payments it already covers stay covered.
Paddle. Our order process is run by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoices, sales tax and VAT, and payment-related customer service and returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page; this cancels any subscription at once. We may close an account that breaks these terms, as in section 4, or that has been unused for a long time after giving notice. If we stop offering Fevle altogether, we will give reasonable notice and refund any period you have paid for and cannot use.
9. Changes to Fevle and to these terms
Fevle will change over time; features may be added, changed or removed. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you before the change takes effect, and the date at the top will change. If you keep using Fevle after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop and delete your account.
10. Warranty and liability
We work to keep Fevle running and correct, but it is provided "as is" and "as available": we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that its answers will be accurate or fit your purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim about Fevle is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring claims in its courts. Please write to us first; most problems are quicker to solve that way.
12. Contact
