What counts as usage
Counts as usage
Ask AI and its pictures and clips, Translate, reading a translation aloud, correcting a sentence, and questions about a snip. Longer answers, pictures and sound spend more than a short reply. A bar under the panel shows how much of the month is gone.
Free, always, with or without an account
Copy, Paste and its history, Cut, Snip and its editor, Share, New Tab and Window, and the spell check, which is your own computer's dictionary. These never count as usage.
Questions
What happens when I reach my usage limit?
The parts that need an answer pause until it comes back — on the 1st of the month on Free, and on your billing day on a paid plan. Nothing is charged on top, ever: there are no overage fees. Everything that runs on your computer keeps working. You can upgrade at any time if you'd rather not wait.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account: Account → Plans → Cancel plan, or Manage billing in Fevle's settings. There is no fee and nothing to phone. You keep the plan you paid for until the end of the period, then you are on Free. You can change your mind and keep it until that day.
What if I upgrade in the middle of a month?
The new plan starts at once. You pay the difference for the part of the period that is left, and your monthly usage grows by what that payment buys. Your billing day stays the same.
And if I move to a cheaper plan?
The change waits until the end of the period, so you keep what you paid for. Until then you can take it back.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. The first payment for a plan can be refunded in full within 14 days, no reason needed. The refund policy has the details, including renewals.
Who takes the payment, and is tax included?
Paddle.com sells Fevle on our behalf as our reseller and Merchant of Record: the payment, the receipt and any sales tax or VAT are theirs. Prices are shown without tax; Paddle adds what applies where you live and shows the total before you pay. We never see your card number.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan stays in place while the card is retried, and your usage is held to Free's until the payment goes through. Update the card from Manage billing and your plan's full usage comes back.
Do I need an account?
Only for the parts that need an answer. Everything that runs on your computer works without one. An account is an email and a password, made on this website — Fevle itself never asks for your password.
