Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
- Cancel any time from your account. No fee, no phone call, and you keep the plan until the period ends.
- Your first payment for a plan can be refunded in full within 14 days, no reason needed.
- Write to [CONTACT_EMAIL is not set] to ask.
Cancelling
- Open your account, then Plans — or press Manage billing in Fevle's settings.
- Choose Cancel plan.
Your plan stays until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing more is charged. Until that day you can choose Keep to undo the cancellation.
Deleting your account also cancels a subscription, but at once: the rest of the period is lost with the account. If you want a refund, ask before you delete.
Refunds
- A first payment for a plan — when you subscribe from Free — is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment. No reason is needed.
- A renewal, or the charge for an upgrade, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the payment and you have used less than 20% of that period's usage. Your account page shows how much is used.
- A payment taken in error, such as a charge after you cancelled, is always refunded.
When a payment is refunded, the plan it paid for ends and your account moves to Free. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Paddle; how long they take to appear depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record, and may also handle refund requests made to it directly, under its own buyer terms.
Your rights under the law
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Where that law gives you more — such as a right to withdraw from a purchase — you have it.
How to ask
Write to [CONTACT_EMAIL is not set] from the email address on your account, and say which payment it is about. We aim to answer within 3 business days.
